The downside is that it is a non-aircon hall, so better rent out large industrial fans if your event will be held in this clubhouse.

Their clubhouse is conducive to intimate weddings of 50 to 100 guests. You can enjoy the ViewView of nature as much as the serenity of the place. A very brand new and ongoing condo building construction is happening at Matina Enclaves Residences just a few steps away from SM City Ecoland, Davao. This ultra-modern condominium building has a clubhouse open for social events. This is where President Rodrigo Duterte, President of the Republic of the Philippines, always holds his social events when he is in town.

Situated in a private location in the Toril area, this affordable event venue in Davao City is perfect for family gatherings, weddings, and social events. Just last May 2017, our family reunion was held here. There were approximately 200 guests who came, the kids basked under the sun in the swimming pool while the adults participated in the ongoing program. The function hall is open-air, plan your event here with added ventilation in mind.

Personally, I haven't had any event held here yet, but from what I learned from other event planners and caterers, this is also an excellent place to host your social activities. Very accessible to commuting, this hotel is situated along J.pLaurel Road (also known as Bajada Road), a few blocks after the government hospital Southern Philippines Medical Center.

I passed by this affordable wedding venue along San Pedro Street, Davao City. Bahay ni Tuding is also another option to host your events. It right in the middle of downtown Davao so it is very accessible to your guests.
13. Bellevue Square Davao
I once had a wedding reception held here. It is situated in the Matina Pangi area along Diversion Road. It is a bit difficult for a commute to go here because of its location. But with proper planning, your guests will be aware ahead of time how to get here. The venue can hold to a maximum of 200 guests.
