ABOUT OUR COMPANY:

Dream Team Event Productions (Leah Jacobe Weddings and Events) comprises a team of professional and seasoned wedding and events coordinators. We provide services in wedding planning, event coordination, simple event styling, and hosting of various events specializing in Weddings, Debuts, and Birthdays.

Humble Beginnings

As the Head Event Planner, I personally handle all the Event Planning and sometimes the event hosting. I graduated from the Ateneo De Davao University in 2007 with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Nursing and passed the Nursing Board exam in December of that same year.

2001

My exposure to event organizing and hosting started way back in 2001 when I was still a youth leader in our local community. At the tender age of 16, I have been trained hands-on in planning Barangay and Church events which have given me the edge to organize, coordinate, communicate effectively, and deliver the event program for the Civic and Church levels.

2008

In 2008, I went part-time as a program host (Emcee) while working full-time as a writer in a BPO company. This blog site provides insights and features our actual weddings and events handled.

2011

In 2011, together with my team of coordinators, we took seminars and training in Events Planning, Floral Arrangement, and Venue setup so we could learn the basics of event planning, styling, and coordination.

2015

In the year 2015, our team launched the All-In Wedding Package where the soon-to-wed couples could choose which inclusions or customizations suit them well.

2020

When the pandemic hit in 2020, we had just invested in the bridal gown business and all our capital was lost because of the effects of the lockdowns and prohibited gatherings during the two-year pandemic. The Business could not sustain so it had to shut down. I gave up the business permits and registrations to avoid further hemorrhaging of funds and reverted back to freelance wedding planning, event hosting, and coordination services.

2022

In 2022, I renamed the business Dream Team Event Productions to include my "dream team" in the vision, mission, and goal of the company.

At Present

Today, we continue to serve people, families, and communities who want to plan and immortalize their family events, and personal milestones through seamless event planning and coordination services. However, due to adversarial circumstances, our team can only accommodate a handful of events so we can maintain quality and excellence in our services and products.
