A. FULL WEDDING PLANNING, WEDDING DAY COORDINATION, CHURCH & VENUE SET UP, EVENT HOSTING

 

Scope of Work:

- We will find the best deals of the most suitable event suppliers for your without compromising the quality at a reasonable price point. 

- We will negotiate for you to maximize the opportunity and getting your budget's value.

- In this package, our team will be hands-on in wedding planning process, on-the-day wedding coordination, ceremony and venue set up, and event hosting.

- Constant communication is the key to create a seamless event. So, we will always be in contact about the updates and progress of the wedding planning process, your preferences, your needs, and last-minute add-ons.

- Omnichannel communication is available. You can easily reach us via email, chat, call, text, or social media platforms. 

- We will provide all the essentials for the wedding, including but not limited to:

B. WEDDING DAY COORDINATION & EVENT HOSTING

Our Team will be responsible at least 3 weeks before the event in coordinating with the event suppliers that you've booked. We will take the planning and coordination from where you left off and manage all the follow ups, reminders, and other last minute fixes. Also, in this package, our team will assign a program host for the reception program.

C. EVENT HOSTING ONLY

 Our Team consists of several event emcees (program hosts) who can deliver great reception program. 

D. WEDDING DAY COORDINATION ONLY

 If you opt for this service, our team will coordinate with you about the rundown of the Event suppliers that you've booked and we will be in-charge of reminding them and ensuring delivery of services according to the executed contracts. 

E. CUSTOMIZED SERVICES

Under this package, you can customize some or all of the wedding package inclusions according to your liking and needs. You can choose your friends / acquaintances to do the photo and video services, or the wedding cake and omit them in the event package.
